how does your onboarding process work?
We will ask you to use a secure tool like 1ty.me to send your website’s WordPress login and hosting login. On Squarespace, you can simply invite us as a contributor. For WordPress sites, we will also ask you to send the licenses of your premium themes or plugins. We need these so that we can manage your website efficiently and so that we can contact your web host or theme/plugin developers to troubleshoot issues on your website.
