The Challenge
Janssen Cosmetics’ websites were running on an outdated WordPress theme that wasn’t built for speed, along with a stack of plugins that were working against each other instead of together. Pages loaded slower than they should have, especially on mobile.
The Solution
ebusiness WP replaced the theme with a lightweight setup, added a caching system, and optimized font loading. The team also built device detection, so mobile and desktop visitors each get properly sized images and resources instead of one-size-fits-all assets.
The rollout ran alongside a system-wide WordFence security upgrade, adding stronger protection at the same time as the speed gains.
